WhatsApp for ordering from small and local businesses.
Given the current #COVID19 time, we saw liquor stores all over the country getting crowded with huge queues. Many cities in India had to shut their stores within 2 days of reopening. Seeing how difficult it is getting to maintain social distancing rules, I feel a solution like this would have made so much sense.
I’m calling it WhatsApp for ordering from small and local businesses.
It has a custom keyboard menu per store to place an order for alcohol from your local store over WhatsApp Inc.
The idea is to get into the user's existing behavior and habits - rather than always creating new apps and platforms.
